Rugby Festivals 2026 – Team Sheet Requirements
Please read carefully before submitting your team sheet:
- Only players who are registered with a rugby club affiliated to their home nation are permitted to take part in the tournament. This is a sanctioned event by the RFU, and as such no player may be included in any squad unless they are officially registered with a club from their home nation. Any team found to have included an ineligible player will be disqualified from all fixtures.
- No squad member is permitted to play for more than one team at the tournament within the competitive age groups (U12 to U16).
- No player or member of coaching staff who is currently serving a ban from their home nation rugby union is permitted to be part of a team taking part in the tournament.
- Only players who have paid to be part of the official rugby tournament package are permitted to participate. Any team found to have played a player who is not included within the official package will be disqualified from all fixtures, and all previous results will be overturned to show a 10–0 loss.
