We are very aware you have a big choice of festivals to choose from and we never take it for granted how fortunate we are that you chose to join us.
We know from looking at the list of teams joining us at this year’s festival that a great many of you have chosen to return once again in 2025 and as such we look forward to seeing you all again and rekindling those friendships, we have built up together. To all those teams finding us for the first time we can’t wait to see you and to build long term friendships which we hope will last for many years to come.
Joining us for the first time or returning once again what is for sure from us is that we are excited to see you all and offer a huge welcome to each and everyone of you as we look forward to a wonderful family fun weekend together at the West Coast Festival of Rugby 2025.

The Festival
Welcome to the perfect end of season tour
A family friendly, fun, fantastic rugby weekend, for mini & junior rugby teams and their families in stunning North Devon and to top it all off we have the wonderful hosts, “Barnstaple Rugby Club” to complete the perfect package that is the West Coast Festival of Rugby.
With live bands performing on Saturday morning & afternoon at the rugby festival, appearances from famous characters such as Batman, Spiderman, Princesses from Frozen just some of the characters, face painting, along with a fantastic weekend of rugby and socialising, what more can you ask for.
We look forward to meeting all the teams and their families at what promises to be a wonderful weekend at the West Coast Festival of Rugby 2025!
Your Accommodation
For all 2025 West Coast Festival of Rugby goers we have provided a full range of accommodation options to choose from, which includes – Woolacombe Sands, Combe Martin, Sandaway Beach, Braddicks Westward Ho! & Seafield, Golden Bay Holiday Village and Beachside Holiday Park.
Each of these options are providing a fabulous weekend stay for all who are touring with us. With excellent onsite facilities and live entertainment it’s sure to be an amazing three day festival full of excitement, spent with your team and touring families on the beautiful Devon coast.

Should you have any general questions on the accommodation venue, please drop our logistics team an email at [email protected], stating your name, your team, however, please refrain from directly messaging us about your specific accommodation as this will be discussed when we contact all team organisers during the month of March to run through each families accommodation and we ensure you understand what accommodation you have, at this time we can discuss direct questions on your specific holiday homes.

Dear friends in Rugby,
Barnstaple RFC is extremely proud to be hosting the Tour International West Coast Festival of Rugby on the 3rd & 4th of May. We look forward to welcoming you all to North Devon, but especially to our Club - the premier ‘Rugby Club’ in the region!
We can promise you a great atmosphere throughout the whole action packed weekend.
For all the young people taking part, remember a few important things, the weekend is all about you.
In rugby, the collective force of a team is greater than the sum of its individuals and the thrill of victory in our sport is amplified when it’s shared with your team mates. Enjoy the event, respect your team mates, match officials and opposition and play the best you can....but most of all have fun.
We hope you enjoy your stay with us and we know you will develop new friendships and make some exciting memories you can take away with you.
