Seal Bay Resort is a multi-award-winning destination located in Selsey, West Sussex, along England’s picturesque South Coast. Boasting nearly a mile of beachfront with unspoilt views over the Solent and the Isle of Wight, it offers an ideal setting for family beach holidays, self-catering breaks, and camping.
The resort is thoughtfully divided into five distinct areas – West Sands, White Horse, Green Lawns, Hollyhocks, and Warner Farm Touring Park – each providing unique experiences to cater to diverse preferences.
This fantastic resort has amazing on-site facilities which include; indoor swimming pool, family show bars with live entertainment, restaurants, food-to-go outlets, fun fair and amusement arcades.

Caravan accommodation

Our self-catering holiday caravans at Seal Bay Resort are packed full of all the family comforts you’re looking for.
The beautiful seaside resort offers the best choice of family caravan holiday accommodation. Fully equipped kitchens, comfy lounge areas with electric fire, relaxing bedrooms, smart bathrooms and some homes with lovely outdoor verandas. Car parking allocation will be provided next to or near your holiday accommodation.
Please note bed linen in standard homes is not provided, in addition towels are NOT provided in any homes; you will need to bring your own.
Arrival check-in from 4pm. Departure check-out by 10am.

Lodge accommodation

Each lodge offers the luxury and space you need for an extra special family getaway. While away the hours in the comfort of your surroundings, or enjoy the many activities the resort has to offer before heading back to your home from home. All the lodges have one thing in common – space, privacy and endless
opportunities to spend quality time together.
The beautiful lodges offer the best choice of holiday accommodation, with open plan living, fully equipped kitchens, comfy lounge areas with electric fire, luxury bedrooms and modern bathrooms. Each lodge also have fabulous outside decking for a great Alfresco dining experience with your family whilst your away on tour. Car parking allocation will be provided next to or near your holiday accommodation.

Touring & Camping

Welcome to Warner Farm Touring Park, set within the award winning Seal Bay Resort, the family-friendly park is the perfect destination for campers, tourers, and glampers alike. Whilst on tour you can make full use of the fantastic onsite facilities including 20 modern shower cubicles, WC’s and a laundry room! There is also a fully stocked shop should you need supplies. Dogs are allowed but must be kept on leads at all times.
With a wide range of pitches and fantastic onsite amenities, offering electric hook up pitches, each grass or hard standing pitch is a level marked out space with parking for one car next to your tent, motorhome, or caravan. Wi-Fi is available across the site and the camping pitches are just minutes walking distance from the caravans.
If you have chosen one of our pre-pitched bell tents to hire, the tent will be erected and waiting for you for when you arrive.

If you are staying on the campsite, be it a tent, caravan or motorhome you will need to bring your own long lead and 16amp plug in one end and a 240v plug on the other end. These leads are commonly available in camping stores or online, this is an example of the lead.
