During the month of March we will contact all team organisers to share with you the opportunity to reserve space on the festival shuttle buses which pick you up from your accommodation, drop you off right in front of the festival site and then when it is time to leave for the day the buses will collect you from the same place you were dropped off and take you back to your accommodation.

With all the fun and atmosphere to embrace at the festival with the live bands and socialising prior, during and after the rugby being played, along with the added benefit that in the knowledge your using the shuttle buses that you can enjoy a drink at the festival bar throughout the day, we realise there will be a very high percentage of families attending with their teams who will want to use the shuttle bus service.

At last years festivals the vast majority of attendees who didn’t have their own motor coach staying with them over the weekend used the shuttle bus service, to which we do all we can to keep the cost of the shuttle bus service as low as we possibly can, and for 2025 we have kept the rates the same at just £5pp each way per day, meaning each person can reserve space on the shuttle buses for just £20pp for the whole weekend.

When the shuttle buses become available to reserve, we will supply your team organiser with a link to allow you to book your spaces, the opportunity to reserve shuttle buses will be kept open for a set period until they sell out.
