During the month of March we will contact all team organisers to share with you the opportunity to reserve space on the festival shuttle buses which pick you up from outside your accommodation, drop you off right in front of the festival site and then when it is time to leave for the day the buses will collect you from the same place you were dropped off and take you back to your accommodation.

With the difficulty in parking near to the festival site for cars and all the fun and atmosphere to embrace at the festival with the live bands and socialising prior, during and after the rugby being played, along with the added benefit that in the knowledge your using the shuttle buses that you can enjoy a drink at the festival bar throughout the day, we realise there will be a very high percentage of families attending with their teams who will want to use the shuttle bus service.

At last years festival over 93% of attendees who didn’t have their own motor coach staying with them over the weekend used the shuttle bus service, to which we do all we can to keep the cost of the shuttle bus service as low as we possibly can, and for 2025 we have kept the rates the same at just £5pp each way per day, meaning each person can reserve space on the shuttle buses for just £20pp for the whole weekend.

The shuttle buses will no doubt sell out, when this happens we will do all we can to hire more vehicles, however being a small island the number of coaches we have already hired for the festival equates not far off the majority of coaches to hire on the island from the companies we use.

In March when we contact your team organiser to ask who would like to reserve the shuttle buses, a very simple form is all you need to fill in to let us know you would like to reserve space, reserving space on the shuttle service will be open for a set period of time before we close it.
