The Orchards is a great park to spend your rugby festival weekend, offering a safe environment for all guests. Cars can be parked next to or very near to your Caravans, Orchard House and camping pitches.
The holiday park has an indoor swimming pool, children’s play areas, family entertainment and licensed show bar, which will be open from 6pm each evening until late into the evening and for the third year running “DJ Sound Waves” will be returning to T. I Rugby Festivals performing each evening at The Orchards Holiday Park. Those who have attended our festivals over recent years will know just how amazing “DJ Soundwaves” is and what an incredible atmosphere he creates. In addition, on each evening at 8.45pm there will be a live performance by leading acts getting everyone into the party atmosphere.
On site there is a fully stocked shop where you can also buy licensed drinks along with a takeaway food bar if you don’t fancy cooking!
Dogs are permitted but must be kept on a lead at all times. You must pre-book your dog in before arrival with our logistics team.
If you are staying at The Orchards Holiday Park and you are coming by coach, which is staying with you, it is important you let us know in advance as there is no coach parking on site, we will have to plan to park the coach off site.

Accommodation
Caravans
The modern caravans offer a range of 2 or 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 6 people. With an open plan, fully equipped kitchen/dining area, comfortable lounge with gas fire and flatscreen TV and bathroom with electric shower. Each caravan has double glazing throughout. WiFi is available throughout the holiday park.
Please note towels or bed linen are NOT provided, so you will need to bring your own.
Arrival check-in from 3pm. Departure check-out by 10am.

Touring & Camping
The Touring & Camping fields are set out in three paddocks, the touring field is sloping. Some pitches are terraced and many are hardstanding pitches. Only one vehicle per pitch will be allowed.
The park includes great onsite facilities such as a launderette, heated shower and toilet block and a food prep, washing up area. All pitches INCLUDE ELECTRIC. Pre-booked dogs are permitted but must be kept on a lead at all times. Open fires & fire pits are not allowed.

If you are staying on the campsite, be it a tent, caravan or motorhome you will need to bring your own long lead and 16amp plug in one end and a 240v plug on the other end. These leads are commonly available in camping stores or online, this is an example of the lead.
Pre pitched bell tents
We offer a choice of standard, classic and luxury bell tent options, accommodating from 2 to 6 people. Each bell tent is pre-pitched and ready for your arrival.
Standard Bell Tent – This pre-pitched tent with full ground sheet is our unfurnished tent option. We’ll do all the hard work, you just need to bring the camping beds, equipment and bedding you require.
Classic Bell Tent – This pre-pitched tent with full ground sheet is our semi-furnished tent option. The tent comes with full carpet, low table, interior lighting, bunting and exterior lights. You will need to bring your own camping beds, equipment and bedding.
Luxury Bell Tent – This pre-pitched tent with carpet is our fully-furnished tent option, why not glamp in style! The tent comes with comfortable airbeds with full bedding, low table, bedside tables, mirror, interior lighting, bunting and exterior lights. All you will need to bring is your own camping cooking equipment.
Only one vehicle per pitch will be allowed. Any other vehicles should use the onsite car park provided.
All pitches include electric hook-ups.
