West Coast Festival of Rugby - Team Information Form
It is important for teams to note the following when filling in their team player details…
- Only players who are registered with a rugby club affiliated to your home nation are permitted to play in the festival, this is very important, as this is a sanctioned event by the RFU as such no player is permitted to be part of any squad if they are not registered to a club from their home nation. Any team found including a player in their squad who is not registered to a home nations rugby club will be disqualified from playing any fixtures at the festival.
- No player is permitted to play for more than one team at the festival in the competitive age groups from U12 through to U16
- No player or coaching staff member serving a ban from their home nation rugby union is permitted to be part of a team taking part at the festival.
- Only players who have paid to be part of the rugby festival package are permitted to take part in the festival, any team who plays a player which is not part of the official rugby festival package will be disqualified from all fixtures at the festival and their previous results will be overturned to show a 10 – 0 loss.
- Please ensure your teams RFU ‘Game Management System’ (GMS) is up to date prior to the festival.
