Thank you for choosing our Isle of Wight Festival of Rugby
We are very aware you have a big choice of festivals to choose from and we never take it for granted how fortunate we are that you chose to join us.
We know from looking at the list of teams joining us at this year’s festival that a great many of you have chosen to return once again in 2025 and as such we look forward to seeing you all again and rekindling those friendships, we have built up together. To all those teams finding us for the first time we can’t wait to see you and to build long term friendships which we hope will last for many years to come.
Joining us for the first time or returning once again what is for sure from us is that we are excited to see you all and offer a huge welcome to each and everyone of you as we look forward to a wonderful family fun weekend together at the Isle of Wight Festival of Rugby 2025.

The Festival
Welcome to the perfect end of season tour
A family friendly, fun, fantastic rugby weekend, for mini & junior rugby teams and their families in the stunning Isle of Wight and to top it all off we have the wonderful hosts, Vectis Rugby Club to complete the perfect package that is the Isle Of Wight Festival of Rugby.
With live bands performing on Saturday morning & afternoon at the rugby festival, appearances from famous characters such as Batman, Spiderman, Princesses from Frozen just some of the characters, face painting, along with a fantastic weekend of rugby and socialising, what more can you ask for.
We look forward to meeting all the teams and their families at what promises to be a wonderful weekend at the Isle Of Wight Festival of Rugby 2025!
Getting there... The ferry crossing
Southampton ferry port...
Dock Gate 7, Royal Pier, Town Quay, Southampton, SO14 2AL
Tour International have partnered with Red Funnel Ferries to get all our rugby festival goers over to the beautiful Isle of Wight. The ferry crossing departs from Southampton to East Cowes and will take 60 minutes.
By now you should have received your ferry crossing booking link and booked your vehicle and travelling party on to your preferred ferry crossings to and from the Isle of Wight.
If you are yet to book your crossings please find the direct discounted pricing booking link below. We do advise you do this immediately as popular ferry crossing times will become full extremely quick.
If you are travelling by coach then you will need to contact Red Funnel directly to book your crossing. Please advise them that you are Tour International customers to receive your discounted rates.

Your Accommodation
We have offered a wide range of accommodation options at the Isle of Wight Festival of Rugby, within each team’s information pack we have only included the accommodation being offered to your team(s). Within the pack you will find information on your accommodation including location, check in/check out times, onsite amenities and nearby facilities and activities.
We want you to have an amazing weekend at the festival full of excitement, spent with your team and families on the beautiful Isle of Wight, as such we know your accommodation base plays a big part in your weekend away.
Should you have any general questions on your accommodation that we have not included in this pack, please drop our logistics team an email at [email protected], stating your name, your team and your accommodation name.
Regarding specific information with the accommodation or room you are staying in, we will be contacting your group organisers in March to double check everyone is having the exact accommodation they are expecting, please wait for this communication from us regarding questions relating to the exact accommodation you are in.
Warm Welcome from Vectis Rugby Club
Vectis RFC are excited to welcome clubs and teams from across the country to our little slice of Island paradise and to what is fast-becoming the must-do tournament of the year.
We want to thank anyone who was here last year and extend a huge welcome to those making the trip for the first time.
